UnionHub Joins Colorado Technology Association and SOFTWAREcolorado to Strengthen Local Tech Engagement

October 16, 2025

Denver, CO — UnionHub, a Denver-based technology firm, is pleased to announce that it has officially joined both the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) and SOFTWAREcolorado, cementing its commitment to deeper engagement with Colorado’s technology and software communities.

By becoming members of these influential organizations, UnionHub positions itself to play a more active role in shaping the region’s tech ecosystem. As part of CTA, which represents more than 400 member organizations and connects a network of some 18,000 leaders statewide, UnionHub will gain access to forums for business development, advocacy channels, leadership opportunities, and broader visibility across the state.

Simultaneously, membership in SOFTWAREcolorado—Colorado’s only industry organization dedicated specifically to software and SaaS companies—allows UnionHub to plug into a community of peers, executives, and leaders focused on growing software-driven businesses via curated events, networking, and knowledge-sharing.

Strengthening Local Roots and Regional Impact

As a locally headquartered company, UnionHub sees these affiliations not only as strategic alignments but as opportunities to give back. The move underscores the company’s belief that sustainable growth in Denver (and Colorado broadly)  is tightly linked to the health of the broader tech community.

Improved Community Engagement

Through CTA and SOFTWAREcolorado events, roundtables, and committees, UnionHub can engage more directly with policymakers, academic institutions, startups, and fellow tech firms. This fosters collaboration on shared challenges like workforce development, diversity and inclusion, policy advocacy, and infrastructure for innovation.

Elevated Voice and Advocacy

As a CTA member, UnionHub can contribute to shaping public policy that affects technology companies, such as broadband access, data privacy, and incentives for innovation. CTA is known for amplifying member voices in Colorado’s legislative and regulatory arenas.

Access to Talent Pipelines and Thought Leadership

Membership in both associations grants UnionHub access to talent programs, industry reports, speaking opportunities, and mentorship initiatives. The company plans to participate actively,  offering thought leadership, hosting workshops, and contributing to educational initiatives that help build a stronger local tech workforce.

Stronger Partnerships and Visibility

Being part of these networks increases UnionHub’s visibility among software and tech peers, potential customers, investors, and collaborators. This helps the company to forge partnerships, co-sponsor events, and support local startups and nonprofit initiatives.

“Joining CTA and SOFTWAREcolorado is a meaningful milestone for UnionHub,” said Ed Haley, CEO of UnionHub, “We’re proud to be rooted in Denver, and this step lets us further invest in our local ecosystem: sharing what we know, learning from others, and helping Colorado continue to thrive as a tech hub.”

“These memberships are more than a seal of affiliation: they’re a commitment. We’re excited to collaborate, support local talent, and contribute to policy and programs that lift our whole community.”

Looking Ahead

Over the coming months, UnionHub intends to ramp up its participation in CTA’s programming and to engage actively in SOFTWAREcolorado’s executive seminars, networking events, and software-industry forums. The company will also highlight its new memberships on its website, social channels, and in client communications.

By integrating more deeply into Colorado’s technology and software associations, UnionHub aims to help strengthen the connective tissue of Denver’s innovation scene, amplify collaborative impact, and co-author the next chapters of Colorado’s tech story, together.
